职责:
- Be in charge of all finishing procedures at the company
- be knowledge about drying times for colours, finishes of furniture, etc
- Represent the company externally towards suppliers and customers concerning technical aspects of the products
- Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate and motivate department staff

需求:
- Carpenter or vocational school in wood-finishing or similar
- At least 3-5 years related working experience within the wood industry
- Strong focus on finishing for wood industry
- Should have working at least some working experience in China
- Working experience in Chinese furniture industry is preferred
- All wood finishing know how
- Know all details about colours, finishes, drying times, possibly also designs etc and related
- Comprehend vision, mission and values and project management
- Independent and strong sense of responsibility
- Hands on mentality
- Good planning capability
- Create, can come up with own ideas to improve process or new designs
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Additional Chinese knowledge very welcome
- Willing to work and live in Beijing (Shunyi District)
- Willing to travel occasionally within China
